Balancing Stress in the Workplace

Stress is a powerful emotion often brought about our inability to adjust to or readily accept change. Stress can motivate you to accomplish difficult tasks or disable you to the point of diminishing your productivity. In this course, you’ll explore the pressures of change, how people respond to them and how your ability to adapt to change directly affects your capacity to deal with stress. You’ll look at how your personal reactions to stress impact  your ability to live your work experience in a positive way — and what you can do to better control the outcomes of the stressful situations you encounter.
